National Grid Foundation
'The National Grid Foundation was created as an outgrowth of our passion for stewardship. Since its inception in 1998, the Foundation has provided nearly $12 million in grants to hundreds of nonprofit organizations across National Gridís service territory.
For almost 40 years, we have led an intense program of community development and support that has received widespread attention.
National Grid Celebrates ENERGY STAR's 20th Anniversary
In honor of ENERGY STAR's 20th anniversary this year, National Grid launched a contest challenging local summer programs for kids to design creative, team-building projects that represent the values we share with ENERGY STAR - education,environmental protection and energy savings. The 10 participating organizations included local camps, Girl Scouts, YMCAs, and Boys and Girls Clubs. Learn more about the projects and how National Grid recognized the participating youth groups.
