National Grid has issued a Request for Proposals to serve the following customer groups:
Massachusetts Industrial Customer Basic Service:

August 1, 2012 to October 31, 2012
August 1, 2012 to October 31, 2012 (100% of load)

|
|
Massachusetts Electric Company and Nantucket Electric Company has issued a Request for Proposals seeking fixed price bids for
load following service for the Industrial Customer Group in each of the three load zones (SEMA, NEMA, and WCMA). The companies will also
incorporate requirements to implement the Massachusetts Renewable Energy Portfolio Standards.
National Grid intends to evaluate and select supplier(s) on the same day that final pricing is due.
