Become an Approved Electric Supplier There are five steps to become an approved Energy Supplier:

Step One
Attend an Electric Supplier Training Session. To register, please contact Donna Laura at (516) 545-2630.

Step Two
Complete the EDI Pre-Testing Worksheet (doc). Please note that a minimum of two weeks is typically required to establish a start date for system testing. Successful EDI Testing is required to obtain a supplier license in New Hampshire.

Step Three
Visit the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission website to view the Competitive Electric Power Supplier Rules* (pdf). Registration and Notice of Intent should be directed to the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission.

Step Four
Once EDI testing requirements are successfully met:

• Execute two copies of the Competitive Electric Supplier Service Agreement (pdf)
• Visit the ISO New England website for a copy of the ISO-NE Market System Asset Registration Form.
