About Pay Online
    How do I enroll in Pay Online?
    To enroll, you must log in with your User Name and Password. Go to log in.
    If you do not have a user name and password, you have to register for our online services in order to enroll. Go to Register.

    Please note:
    • Once enrolled in Pay Online, you will no longer receive a paper bill through the postal system. You will receive an email notification when your online bill is available.
    • After you sign up, you can pay your current bill online one business day after you enroll.

    Can I enroll in Pay Online for multiple accounts?
    Yes.
    1. Log in with your User Name and Password. On the Account Menu webpage, select 'Manage Enrollment' under Pay Online.
    2. On the Manage Enrollment webpage, select 'Enroll/Remove Accounts'.
    3. In the Enroll column, select the boxes associated with the accounts you wish to enroll.
    4. Select 'Submit' to complete the process.

      Note: Once enrolled in Pay Online, you will no longer receive paper bills through the postal system. You will receive an email notification for each account when the online bills are available.

    I am on the DirectPay program. Can I still sign up for Pay Online?
    Yes, you can. Once you enroll in Pay Online, you will have the advantage of receiving your bill via email and viewing it online, while having your bill automatically paid 15 days after your billing day.

    I am on the Budget Plan. Can I still sign up for Pay Online?
    Yes, you can.

    Will I continue to receive my paper bill in the mail once I have enrolled in Pay Online?
    No, once you have enrolled in Pay Online, your paper bill will no longer be mailed to you. You will receive an email notification when your bill is available online.

    Will my online bill look the same as the one I used to receive in the mail?
    Yes. Your online bill will look the same as the one you receive in the mail.

    How will I be notified when my bill is available?
    After you initially enroll, you will need to wait one business day before you can view and/or pay your bills online. From that point forward, you will receive an email notification whenever a new bill is available for viewing and payment.

    Will I have to log on every month to pay my bill?
    This depends on how you pay your bill. Enrolling in Pay Online does not mean that you have to log in to pay your bill online; you have several options.
    • Paying via our DirectPay program: your payment will automatically be made 15 days after your billing date. You will not need to log in to pay your bill every month.

    • Logging in through our website: You can log in to pay your bill via our payment website.

    • Paying your bill through your own banking institution's website: you will need to pay your bill through their website.

    • Paying through a payment agency: you will need to log in, print your bill, and bring the remittance stub at the bottom with your payment.

    Once I enroll, how long will it take before I can pay my bill online?
    You can pay your current bill online one business day after you enroll in Pay Online.

    My notification email is late—what should I do?
    If you have not received a notification email indicating your bill is available online:
    • Your mail server may be down; please contact your service provider to determine if there are any problems with your email account or mail server.

    • Make sure your email address is correct in your User Profile. To check this, log in with your User Name and Password and select User Profile. Go to log in.

    • Remember, when you enroll in Pay Online, there is one billing cycle (up to one month) before you will receive an email notification that your bill is ready.

    If I have a disconnect notice, can I still make a payment online?
    Yes. Please note that it takes up to one business day for your online payment to be applied to your bill. If you owe a past-due balance and are unable to pay the entire amount, call us at 1-888-211-1313. We'll be happy to discuss your situation with you and try to find a way to help.

    If I 'Cancel' my participation in Pay Online, can I still view my bill online?
    No. Once you cancel participation in Pay Online, you will no longer have access to view or pay your bills online.
