Supply Costs Supply cost is the cost of electricity delivered to you.  This is the portion of your bill which can be provided by an alternate energy supplier.  Energy Service charges reflect our costs for supply service.

Energy Service
This is our cost for supply service. This is available for all customers who have not chosen an alternative energy supplier.

Transition Service
This service ended on April 30, 2006. All customers who received Transition Service at that time were automatically transferred to Energy Service.
