Please note that the DPU ordered all electric distribution companies to cross reference their databases of residential customers against a database of recipients of Transitional Assistance. This process will determine if a customer is eligible for a discounted utility rate. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be automatically enrolled in our discount rate program—Low Income (R-2).
