To opt out of the automated matching process ordered by the Department of Public Utilities (DPU), please visit Update Contact Information.Please note that the DPU ordered all electric distribution companies to cross reference their databases of residential customers against a database of recipients of Transitional Assistance. This process will determine if a customer is eligible for a discounted utility rate. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be automatically enrolled in our discount rate program—Low Income (R-2).
