Last Resort Service Prior to January 1, 2010, customers who had chosen an alternate energy supplier and had returned to our supply service received Last Resort Service. Last Resort Service terminated after December 31, 2009.  At that time, Last Resort Service customers were transferred to Standard Offer Service.  Standard Offer Service will continue and will be the sole commodity service provided.
