S-14 Rate for Streetlighting Service Streetlighting service is available under this rate to any city, town or other public authority. Service under this rate is contingent upon our ownership and maintenance of street lighting equipment. This rate is available to private contractors for street light service for streets which have not yet been accepted by the municipality.
