Provided by BillMatrix, you can use this service for a one-time payment with your credit card, debit or ATM card, or an electronic check. Please note that BillMatrix will charge a service fee of $3.95 to make a payment, with a maximum payment of $400 allowed per transaction.

What you need for payment:
- ATM/Debit Cards: acceptable cards should have a Pulse, Star, NYCE or Accel logo.
- Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard or Discover.
- Electronic Check: You will need your checkbook, open to the first blank check.
Please be advised, we will not ask for your credit card information. If someone claiming to be from National Grid calls asking for this information, please do not provide it. Also, call your local police department.
