Our service territory includes a substantial number of small to medium sized urban centers and main street corridors that possess unrealized potential and are located where we often have excess utility infrastructure and capacity. As a result of public/private partnerships and planning initiatives, communities are prioritizing and implementing unique projects that impact their competitive viability, attract investment and capitalize on their distinct development potential.
This program is designed to assist communities in realizing their goals and promote "smart growth" investment in central business districts and commercial corridors.
