Energy Profiler Online provides energy information and data on your facility, which will allow you to make decisions to attain energy optimization within your business. Also, this information could benefit your company by providing an understanding to the way weather alters your energy usage, providing an evaluation of the results of any facility improvements, as well as helping potential energy suppliers to develop the best energy supply for your company.

How will I be billed for the Energy Profiler Online data service? The monthly fee for this data service is $50 which will be billed in one annual invoice separate from your utility bill. The annual subscription will be automatically renewed and an invoice generated unless you notify us of your desire to terminate the service. What type of equipment will I need at my facility to subscribe to this service? Unless included as a requirement of your account's Service Classification, you will need to have remote communications equipment installed in accordance with the requirements of Energy Profiler Online. After the communications equipment is in place and the requirements of the Energy Profiler Online Terms & Conditions have been fulfilled, how long will it take before installation is complete? Once all customer obligations for the installation of the meter/recorder device have been fulfilled, installation should occur within 10 business days.

Are there any grants available to my company for this service? Grants from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority may be available to offset a portion of customer costs for hardware and communications installation.
