DirectPay
Enroll in this program to pay your bill automatically from your bank account.

Budget Plan
Avoid the seasonal "peaks and valleys" of household energy bills—this plan will help even out your monthly payments.

Pay Online: Pay by Bank Account
Sign up to pay online via your bank account—and you can also view your bill online.

Pay In Person
Pay at a number of payment agencies that will accept your bill payment by check or cash. Please note: Authorized agencies will not accept payments over $2,500. Use our form to find a payment agency now—Go to Pay in Person.

Pay By Mail
We provide a self-addressed envelope with each month's bill. Please write your account number on your check. Mail your check or money order, along with the stub from your bill, to:
