Make a One Time Payment
Pay your bill with your checking or savings account anywhere you have Internet access. It’s easy and only takes a few minutes.

DirectPay (Automatic Bill Payment)
Enroll in this program to pay your bill automatically from your bank account.

Recurring Payments
Pay a set amount on a recurring basis by having it deducted from your checking or savings account. You determine the amount and the frequency.

Pay by Credit/Debit Cards - New
Make a one-time payment via a third party vendor by using any of the below options.
  • America Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA
  • ATM/Debit Card with the Pulse, Star NYCE or Accel logo
Note the vendor will charge a service fee.

Budget Plan (Balanced Billing)
Avoid the seasonal "peaks and valleys" of household energy bills—this plan will help even out your monthly payments.

Paperless Billing
Sign up for paperless billing, pay your bills online, or do both! It’s an easy way to take action!

Pay In Person
Pay at a number of payment agencies that will accept your bill payment by check or cash. Please note: Authorized agencies will not accept payments over $2,500. Use our form to find a payment agency.

Pay By Phone
To make a payment over the phone, contact Western Union SpeedPay at 1-888-849-4310. Western Union will assess a charge for this service.

Pay By Mail
We provide a self-addressed envelope with each month's bill. Please write your account number on your check. Mail your check or money order, along with the stub from your bill, to:
