Market Rate Service
Market Rate Service provides customers the option to purchase electricity at actual market prices. As a result, their overall price of electricity will vary according to market conditions. Depending upon what actual market prices are each month, a customer may end up paying more or less than they would have paid if they remained under current rates, called the "Standard Rate Service". Enrollment for the Market Rate Service is available for a limited number of customers. Keep in mind that taking service under either option does not preclude you from choosing an alternate supplier.

To Choose the Market Rate Service:

Step One:
Print out and complete the Enrollment Application Form (pdf).

Step Two:
Either give the completed form to your Account Representative or mail it to:

Note: Because the application is required to be signed and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, applications sent via email or fax will not be accepted.
