** The delivery charge for all residential service classifications includes an adjustment per kWh for savings that occurred over the past year. This is a result of a surcharge called the NYPA Hydropower Benefit Reconciliation Mechanism.
*** Only applies if the customer takes electricity supply service from an eligible ESCo.
(1) Customers may be eligible for an Income Eligible Basic Service Credit of $5.00 who have been approved for a federal Home Energy Assistance Grant.

Seasonal Service Charge Seasonal residences will be charged $34, plus taxes, to turn service off and $34, plus taxes, to re-establish service. Charges will be higher if the work is required at a pole or on the street. The service rates above will be in effect while the service is on.
