To receive Phase I/II HVDC-TF Service from New England Power Company under Schedule 20A of the ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff follow the procedure below:

1. Eligible customers will first complete the Application for Phase I/II HVDC-TF Service (.pdf).

2. The completed Application for Phase I/II HVDC-TF Service may be emailed to Transmission Commercial Services at TCS@us.ngrid.com.

3. Upon receiving the completed Application for Phase I/II HVDC-TF Service and following additional procedures described in Schedule 20A, NEP will send a standard form of Phase I/II HVDC-TF Service Agreement to the eligible customer for execution.

4. Executed Phase I/II HVDC-TF Service Agreements may be emailed to Transmission Commercial Services at TCS@us.ngrid.com.
