Every user of the New England OASIS node must access the OATI webOASIS system using a digital certificate. The certificate allows the user to log-on to the system. Prior to obtaining a certificate, the user's company must be registered with OATI.

In order for a user to make point-to-point transmission service requests, the user's company must either have or enter into a service agreement. Instructions for applications for service from New England Power Company can be found at: http://www.nationalgridus.com/oasis/hvdc_tf_service.asp. Once registration with OATI is complete and a service agreement is in place, transaction can take place at: www.oatioasis.com.
