To receive Local Transmission Service from New England Power Company under Schedule 21 of the ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff (pdf) follow the procedure below:

1. Eligible customers will first complete an Application for Local Transmission Service (.doc).

2. The completed Application for Local Transmission Service may be emailed to Transmission Commercial Services at TCS@us.ngrid.com .
   

3. Upon receiving the completed Local Service Application and following study procedures described in Schedule 21, the ISO will send a standard form of Local Service Agreement to the Eligible Customer for execution.

4. Executed Local Service Agreements may be emailed to Transmission Commercial Services at TCS@us.ngrid.com .
