Wherever applicable, New England Power Company (NEP) administers its Open Access Transmission Tariff consistent with the services provided under the NEPOOL Open Access Transmission Tariff, administered by ISO-New England. To the extent that NEP is required to calculate the TTC, TRM and ATC for transmission services associated with Hydro Quebec Phase I and II, the methodology described in ISO-New England's document "Total Transmission Capability (TTC), Transmission Reliability Margin (TRM), and Available Transmission Capability (ATC)" will be employed.
