EnergyWiseWe offer free home energy audits to all residential customers, condominium associations, and apartment building owners. Incentives and low-interest loans are available to help pay for improved insulation and the installation of ENERGY STAR lighting and refrigerators.

Low Income Weatherization
Special services are available to low income customers who live in 1 to 4 family residences to help lower electric, natural gas and oil heating bills. You may qualify for:
- Insulation and air sealing measures
- Heating system replacement
Please contact your local Community Action Agency that provides fuel assistance services or the Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources at 401-574-9100 (choose 'Language', then Option 4 for Weatherization), or visit the

Depending upon your electric use, you may qualify for the Appliance Management Program which helps customers reduce electric bills and is also delivered by the Community Agencies.
