The Rhode Island Good Neighbor Energy Fund Since 1986, the Rhode Island Good Neighbor Energy Fund has provided energy assistance to Rhode Islanders in temporary crisis who cannot pay their energy bills and do not qualify for federal or state funds. During these uncertain times, local charities need your help more than ever.

You can give warmth to a family in need, suffering from sickness or loss of a job. We matching our customers' donations to the Rhode Island Good Neighbor Energy Fund on a dollar-for-dollar basis. You can send your check payable to "Good Neighbor" to The Salvation Army at 756 Eddy Street, Providence, RI 02903,
