Storm Cleanup

National Grid is prepared for the 4th Nor’easter to hit our region in 3 weeks. Our crews are prepared in the event the forecasted snowstorm causes damage to our region’s natural gas network, and we want to ensure you are prepared, too. As you dig out of your homes and businesses, remember the deep snowpack left by snow removal equipment may have clogged vents, furnaces and other appliances. These conditions could lead to natural gas leaks. If you suspect a gas leak, make sure you leave the premises immediately and call National Grid’s emergency number at 1-800-233-5325.

Payment Alerts for Friends, Family, and Caregivers

With our Third Party Notification service, you can name a family member, trusted friend, or agency to receive copies of your overdue notices. The third party is NOT responsible for your bill payment in any way. This is simply a reminder to ensure that you continue to receive uninterrupted service, and that a third party is aware of the situation should there be a problem. The service is free, and it’s easy to sign up. Just call the Third Party Notification phone number listed on your bill.
