Storm Alert

We made significant progress last night restoring customers whose service was interrupted after this week’s Nor’easter. Additional electric crews arrived overnight and were dispatched this morning to focus on the last of our customers who remain without service.

Please visit our outage map for estimated times of restoration, which will be continually updated. We urge customers to put safety first. Customers are reminded to never touch downed power lines and always assume they are carrying live electricity. Downed lines should be immediately reported to National Grid at 1-800-465-1212.

Leave on for Landlord - Enroll Accounts

Are you a landlord?  Enroll accounts in this program to have gas services automatically transferred to your own name when your tenant stops service.
