National Grid’s ERGs start — and end — with the dedicated employees who make up our diverse workforce. Employees in our nine ERGs have the common interest of making sure we maintain and develop an inclusive workforce that meets the needs of our customers and our employees. The groups help us recruit, retain, and professionally develop our diverse employees. And they provide employees with unique career building, networking, and peer mentoring opportunities, along with the chance to engage with senior leaders across the company.
