Customer Assistance Expos and community tabling events are suspended for the foreseeable future.
The safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers and communities is always National Grid’s top concern. We continue to regularly monitor the COVID-19 coronavirus, including recent confirmed cases in the three states we serve.
Out of an abundance of caution, and to protect the health of our employees and customers, we are limiting our company’s participation in large public events at this time.
Unfortunately, this includes Customer Assistance Expos and community tabling events. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and look forward to resuming normal activity as soon as possible.
Guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local health agencies will continue to inform our decision making.
This is a rapidly evolving and complex situation, and we’re actively planning for the needs of our customers, while supporting the health and safety of our employees.
As the situation evolves and we learn more, further action and guidance may be provided.
