- Annual gas consumption of 50,000 therms or more
- Eligible rate codes include commercial rate classes that pay into the Systems Benefit Charge.

For projects in heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning controls to refrigeration, compressed air, and process equipment upgrades that do not fall into the prescriptive pathway, custom incentives are available.
* All incentives will be capped at 65% of project costs. Maximum incentives per custom project of $250,000
** Prescriptive incentives for air compressors are only available for locations with one air compressor system. For locations that contain more than one air compressor system, projects will need to be submitted as Process Custom projects
