4:00PM Update: Our crews remain in the field completing repairs related to strong winds this weekend that affected more than 27,000 customers, but preparations are underway for a second, potentially more damaging wind event that will impact Upstate New York. Be sure to charge your mobile devices so that you can remain connected in the event of an outage and use extreme caution near downed power lines and wires; always assume that they are carrying live electricity.
