Starting in the Summer of 2026, National Grid anticipates beginning work to refurbish overhead transmission lines and poles within the existing right-of-way corridor. The project spans from the Sandy Pond Substation in Ayer, MA to the Tewksbury Substation in Tewksbury, MA.
