Thank you!

Over the past two weeks, our region was hit with three consecutive storms—each causing significant damage and leaving thousands of our customers without power. We realize how disruptive these outages were for you. The work required to repair the network and restore power was labor-intensive and time consuming. We are incredibly grateful to our contractors and crews, emergency responders, municipal officials and the many volunteers who offered assistance. And the countless expressions of thanks they received from so many of our customers gave them the boost they needed to get the job done. Thank you for weathering these storms with us.

This interactive outage map is updated every 15 minutes to provide you with outage information for a specified area. To find outage information for your specific home or business, we recommend you login and check or report your outage.

The Estimated Time of Restorations (ETRs) you see are based on National Grid's latest damage analysis. ETRs represent when we expect every customer in a specific area to be fully restored. Some customers may be restored earlier than the ETR, and we make every effort to bring everyone back sooner.
