- A commitment letter assures that the quoted incentives will qualify for the indicated business facility for up to 1 year from the date of issue. After completing an application form for qualified projects, the Mass Save program will provide a Commercial Heat Pump Project Rebate Commitment Letter. To request a project commitment letter, e-mail a completed Commitment Letter Request Form to MACommercialRebates@resource-innovations.com and your National Grid Trade Partner Representative.
