Submit Your Reading
If we don’t get a regular reading of your energy use, we must estimate your monthly charges. Use any of these methods to submit your monthly meter reading and keep your bills accurate:
- Send an email with photo of your meter or your meter reading to: NYCMeterReading@nationalgrid.com. See the below images for reference:
- Refer to How to Read Your Meter for more information
- Call us at 1-718-643-4050 between 7 a.m. – 10 p.m., 7 days a week. Please have your meter reading and National Grid account number ready when calling.
