Gas Project Submission Guidelines: Information on how and where to submit your Gas Project - Load Letter Package Form.
Gas Project - Load Letter Package Form: Fill this out with your contractor/plumber to give us the information we need to get started working on your gas project. This is used for all New Construction, Connecting to natural gas, added/removed equipment, modifications to inside plumbing, and additional meters needed.
Gas Load Letter - Reconnection: Fill this out with your contractor/plumber to give us the information we need to RECONNECT your service. This form is used when your gas pipe has been cut/capped, meter removed and there has been no change in inside gas plumbing and no change in equipment.
Gas Project - Meter Relocation / Alternations Request:
- For Staten Island Jobs only: Fill this form out when you are relocating a Meter/Meter Bar from one area of the premise to another and there is no change to Equipment and/or BTU demand. For any change to Equipment or BTU demand, please submit the Load Letter Package and follow the Gas project Submission Guidelines. (see above)
