EV Phase-In Rate Application

The Electric Vehicle (EV) Phase-In Rate (EV PIR) is a new commercial electric rate available to customers with on-site EV charging and on a demand rate (SC-2D, SC-3, SC-3A). It replaces traditional demand charges with a combination of reduced demand charges and offsetting time-of-use (TOU) energy charges for customers with certain load factors. Please see detailed summary for more information.
