1 Important Alert(s)

Alert

4:30 p.m. Update: Our field force continues its around-the-clock restoration efforts after Tuesday’s destructive storm in the Mohawk Valley. We estimate power will be restored by 11:30 p.m. tonight for customers who remain without service due to the storm. Isolated pockets and scattered single-customer outages in areas that posed the greatest challenges to restoration may potentially extend into Thursday. Please remember to use extreme caution near downed power lines; always assume that they are carrying live electricity.
