Instructions and Documents for Prospective Bidders
Please review all requirements and provisions of the Request for Proposal and Appendices thoroughly. Only complete offers will be accepted and evaluated. All proposals must be submitted via National Grid’s RFP service, Ariba. Offers will not be accepted via email. Pre-registration (if not already registered) to the National Grid Procurement system is required by October 15, 2019. Non-registered Companies can register in the Ariba system by sending an email to: box.BulkStorageRFP@nationalgrid.com.
Interested bidders for the bulk-connected energy storage projects must be prequalified to be eligible to submit an offer. The deadline for submitting qualifications for evaluation is no later than October 31, 2019 at 5 p.m. EPT. Please refer to Appendix A for prequalification requirements.
Qualified bidders will be notified of their status to proceed and submit a proposal on November 26, 2019. Only qualified bidders are eligible to submit offers for this Request for Proposal. Offers are due no later than January 31, 2020 at 5 p.m. EPT.
