More Time to Pay

Before signing up for a payment agreement you may want to consider that financial assistance provided by the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) may be available to help you pay your home energy costs.

  • The Regular HEAP program is scheduled to run November 1, 2023 – March 15, 2024.

  • The Emergency HEAP program is scheduled to run January 2, 2024 – March 15, 2024.

Payment Plans

Our payment agreements can allow you to spread your past due amount over manageable monthly installments.
