We offer services to help our hearing and vision-impaired customers receive and pay their bill.

Braille Bills/Eye Saver Service
If you or someone you know is blind or vision-impaired, we can provide bills in Braille or in a larger print than our standard bill. For more information, please call 1-718-643-4050.

Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Speech Impaired
We have special equipment to receive typewritten messages by telephone from deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired customers who have compatible (TTY) devices at home. We provide this service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For more information, please call Dial 711 - NYS Relay Service.
