Prepares work-ready adults for entry- to mid-level roles within our workforce. Trainees receive a registered pre-apprenticeship certification, technical, and soft skills training and gain hands-on job experience with National Grid employees.
Enables high school students to explore careers in the energy industry and learn about opportunities with a clean energy focus. High school juniors/seniors from MA are selected to participate in hands on learning about various energy focused fields at National Grid.
