Energy Infrastructure Academy
This is an 8-week, 200+ hour immersive skills training and registered pre-apprenticeship program for work ready adults, preparing them for entry and mid-level union roles at National Grid.
Program Details.
- Three sessions are held each year (Summer, Fall, and Winter).
- Participants receive a weekly stipend, earn 3 certifications needed for roles in the utility industry, and job shadow National Grid employees.

Community Partners
Our community partners provide weeks 0-3 training and on-going support, screening and enrollment of trainees. They also screen and enroll our trainees, helping them to complete the milestones needed to move on to the Week 4 curriculum.
