The Arlington Regulator Station allows the safe supply of gas to the surrounding residents of Arlington, Everett, Malden, and Lynn. Located at 309 Washington Street in Arlington, it is an ageing asset that has been identified for replacement and upgrades to the infrastructure and fence enclosure. All work is taking place on National Grid Property.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the Summer of 2026.

• Ensures safe and reliable Gas Delivery to our customers as we continue to develop alternatives that are in line with our fossil-free vision
• No new Gas infrastructure will be needed in order to maintain existing service
