As part of ongoing National Grid facility upgrades in your area, our crews will be excavating on Lombardy Street, between Varick Avenue and Stewart Avenue, to install new emergency water lines, starting on September 15th. This work is expected to last approximately three weeks.
Beginning the week of September 15, neighbors can expect to see:
- Construction work on Lombardy Street near the intersection of Varick Avenue, for approximately three weeks. Flaggers will be on site to assist motorists.
- No parking on Lombardy Street near the intersection of Varick Avenue.
- Full restoration of any disturbed areas once work is complete.
- No impact to National Grid service.
