What to expect:

Work is expected to be completed during the dates provided; however, due to critical activities, work may run later than usual.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue this work. Our team is committed to minimizing disruptions and maintaining a safe environment for residents and businesses within the work zone.
Thank you for your continued patience as we progress down Ingraham Street.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to complete this phase safely and efficiently.
Our contractor team, Danella, will be performing excavation closer to the Porter Avenue intersection. This work is being conducted in compliance with DOT requirements and is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance system reliability and support future operational needs. Cones and flaggers will be utilized on site to safely direct traffic and pedestrians around these excavations during work hours (Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM).
Please note: there will be no interruption to service for our customers. What you may expect during construction:
- Full roadway closure on Ingraham Street during work hours.
- Excavations. Digging within the roadway and sidewalk. All excavations will be plated during non-working hours.
- Traffic Impacts. Work will be in the sidewalk and roadway with traffic flaggers on site to assist pedestrians and motorists.
- Safety. For your safety, please do not enter work zones and be mindful of work zones during and after hours.
- Direct contact with our Outreach Team. If you have questions or concerns, please call or email our team.
