About the Project

Beginning in late- June 2026, National Grid will begin upgrade work on a segment of our underground transmission system in Queens, NY. This work is required to connect previously upgraded infrastructure to our existing network and is essential to ensure the ongoing safety and reliability of your local energy delivery system.
