National Grid will begin a two-phase infrastructure upgrade project this fall, beginning on/or around November 17th. An upgraded station will be installed on 31st Street, towards the corner of 4th Avenue. This upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance system reliability and support future operational needs.

Phase 1: Starting this fall and continues through summer 2026.

Phase 2: Retirement of the existing station in Fall 2026, located near 31st Street and 3rd Avenue.

Work Hours:  M-F, 9AM – 4PM located near 31st Street and 4th Avenue
