The Pipe Inspection Work will begin the week of April 6th. The current pipelines identified will be inspected with robotic In-Line Inspection (ILI) tools. A large yellow pipe will visibly stick out of the ground for the entirety of the inspection, and a National Grid crew will stay overnight with the line with proper traffic control in place.
Inspections starting at S7 - The estimated time will be one and a half weeks on this location, and the total distance is 10,350 FT.
Moving to S6 after - Estimate time will be one week at this location, and the total distance is 6,500 FT.
Note: We will be using S5 as a charge station

Beginning on or around March 30th, National Grid will begin maintenance work on a segment of our underground transmission system in Brooklyn, NY. This work is required to meet federally mandated compliance standards and is essential to ensure the ongoing safety and reliability of your local energy delivery system. This work will take place in the following locations: Albemarle Rd between Lotts St. & Veronica Place and 13th Ave between 37th St and 36th St.
Beginning on or around March 23, National Grid will begin maintenance work on a segment of our underground transmission system in Brooklyn, NY. This work is required to meet federally mandated compliance standards and is essential to ensure the ongoing safety and reliability of your local energy delivery system. This work will take place on Snyder Avenue between Utica Avenue and
East 51st Street.
Beginning on or around March 23, National Grid will begin maintenance work on a segment of our underground transmission system in Brooklyn, NY. This work is required to meet federally mandated compliance standards and is essential to ensure the ongoing safety and reliability of your local energy delivery system. This work will begin on Linden Boulevard between Thomas S. Boyland Street and East 98th Street.
