NEW! Payment Assistance Bundle
For customers who have a past-due balance, we have a new, convenient solution to help. The Payment Assistance Bundle makes it easier to manage your monthly energy costs and pay down any past-due balance over a 12-month period. By enrolling in the bundle, you’ll gain access to these three programs: 

• Deferred Payment Agreement: this allows you to spread out your past-due balance into future monthly payments. The plan requires a 10% down payment and a 12-month period to help you settle any accumulated balance.
• Automatic Monthly Payments: your payments will be automatically deducted from your bank account each month, so you never miss a due date.
• Budget Plan: this breaks down your annual energy costs into balanced monthly payments, making it easier to budget and plan your expenses.
