Help for managing energy costs

We recognized that higher-than-expected gas bills raised concerns among our customers this past winter. To ease the impact, we implemented a 10% reduction in residential gas rates for March and April 2025. Approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, this reduction was deferred interest-free to be repaid during the warmer months. From May 1 through October 31, 2025, the deferred amount will be added back into rates and will appear under the Distribution Adjustment line in the Delivery Services section of your bill.
