Storm Alert

National Grid is closely monitoring the weather in upstate NY this weekend. We have 3,250 line, service, tree, damage assessment and public safety workers ready in the event Sunday's predicted high winds do damage to our networks and we want to ensure you are prepared, too. We recommend keeping flashlights and extra batteries at home and keeping mobile devices fully charged so you can stay connected in the event of an outage.

This interactive outage map is updated every 15 minutes to provide you with outage information for a specified area. To find outage information for your specific home or business, we recommend you login and check or report your outage.

The Estimated Time of Restorations (ETRs) you see are based on National Grid's latest damage analysis. ETRs represent when we expect every customer in a specific area to be fully restored. Some customers may be restored earlier than the ETR, and we make every effort to bring everyone back sooner.

Watch our map tutorial or read our FAQs to learn more about outages and how the map works.
