Multifamily Energy Efficiency and Electrification Program

We’re evolving our New York energy efficiency programs to support the state’s energy goals. Many programs will be ending on December 31, 2025. Take advantage of your final opportunity to receive an incentive by submitting signed offer letters or prescriptive applications ASAP. All incentive applications will be reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
