3:00 p.m. Update: National Grid’s field force of more than 3,300 line, tree and public safety specialists worked around the clock yesterday and will continue to do so on Tuesday to restore power outages caused by the storm that brought down trees and poles. And while service has been restored to more than 70,800 of the 112,300-plus customers affected by the storm, our work continues until every customer has had their service restored. National Grid reminds you to prepare for power interruptions by charging your mobile devices and to never touch downed power lines; always assume they are carrying live electricity.

Multifamily Energy Efficiency and Electrification Program

We’re evolving our New York energy efficiency programs to support the state’s energy goals. Many programs will be ending on December 31, 2025. Take advantage of your final opportunity to receive an incentive by submitting signed offer letters or prescriptive applications ASAP. All incentive applications will be reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
