What happens once I’m approved?

Once your application is approved, Promise will automatically share enrollment with the utility, and the EEAP discount will be applied to your account within the next two billing cycles. If you do not see the discount after the next two billing cycles, please contact us.

How are the credits applied?

Your EEAP credits are applied manually and posted on the account during a specific week each month. Because credits are posted weekly and not tied to billing dates, some months you may not see a credit and other months you may see two.

How long am I enrolled if I’m approved?

Your account will remain enrolled in EEAP for 18 months after approval.
