We’re here with you in good circumstances and bad, including when you’re having trouble paying your bill. We offer a number of assistance programs and deferred payment options if you need them.
Grants may be available to help you pay your bills through the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Temporary Assistance, and the Neighborhood Heating Fund.
This program is available to households who meet the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) guidelines and may who receive eligible government assistance benefits.
This program allows customers who are not eligible for EAP to apply for bill discounts based on income qualifications.
Homes with seriously ill or injured, disabled, and/or elderly residents may be protected from having their service turned off in the event of non-payment.
